Springhaven sleeps 11 guests comfortably in five bedrooms. The master double enjoys a superking bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower over bath). The four poster superking has a huge ensuite containing a free-standing slipper bath and walk in shower. On the top floor the king size double and the children's room (three singles, although one can be set up as a large double if preferred) both enjoy sea views and there's a shared shower room. On the ground floor there's a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room, ideal for anyone who's not comfortable with stairs.

The house enjoys a spacious lounge, TV room and garden facing sun room plus the new kitchen diner with 4.5m vaulted ceiling, a breakfast bar and huge bespoke 3m bamboo dining table that comfortably seats everyone in the group. There's also a loo and the utility / laundry room. There's access from the sun room and the kitchen to a huge patio with pergolas that open for the sun and can be closed for the rain covering comfortable outside seating and another huge 2m diameter table for perfect alfresco dining. There's also a large gas barbecue to feed the family!

Situated in a private cul-de-sac, overlooking a private green with direct access onto Dymchurch's large, sandy beach this is a perfectly located holiday home where the decor blends the traditional Edwardian features with contemporary design elements, functional fittings and high quality linens.

Outside you'll find spacious private gardens, parking on the drive for 4 to 5 cars and a wonderful copper beach shower for a rinse off when you make the 2 minute walk back from Dymchurch's huge sandy beach.
